The restaurant Porto San Paolo is located within a four hundred look-out tower, that was built to defend the small fort of the San Paolo’s cliff. A location with unique architectural features that was taken over by Ciancimino’s family in 1994. They revolutionized the menu in 2000 and restructured the restaurant maintaining architectural features intact and creating a link between ancient and modern.
